How it works

From brief to export — with AI that stays accountable

Whether the output is a supply agreement, an answer about a long contract, or a print-ready letterhead, it moves through a clear pipeline: draft, analyse, review, and export — with transparent AI usage.

The pipeline

Every deliverable takes the same path

A brief goes in. The router picks the strongest model your tier allows, the wallet is checked before the call and debited after it succeeds, and the result lands in your library ready to review and export.

  • The wallet is checked first — a call is refused only when the balance is actually empty
  • Tokens are debited after a successful provider response, never before
  • A failed call leaves the balance untouched and still writes a log line
  • Review and export sit outside the meter entirely

Metering

How one call uses tokens

Four steps, in this order, every time. The order matters: it is why a failure uses nothing and why prepaid credit is never wasted.

    1

    The wallet is checked

A call is refused only when nothing is left, so work is not blocked on a guess.

    2

    The model runs

The router resolves the best model your plan tier allows for that tool, unless you picked one yourself.

    3

    Tokens are recorded

The provider reports what the call consumed — plan allowance first, purchased credit only after it runs out.

    4

    Two records are written

A usage log line with the app, tool, model, provider, token counts, duration and outcome; and a ledger entry with the amount and the balance it left behind.

What a metered call looks like afterwards

Nothing about the spend is aggregated away. Each row is one call, and the balance after it is stored alongside it, so a month can be reconstructed from the ledger rather than trusted from a summary.

Getting started

Your first ten minutes

The Solo 300 plan grants 3,000 tokens a month — enough to run every stage above several times.

  1. 01

    01

Create an account and verify it

Name, email, password, and an organisation name if you are setting one up for a team. A six-digit code lands in your inbox; nothing exists until you confirm it.

  2. 02

    02

    Subscribe and activate AI usage

You land in a personal organisation. Subscribe to a plan to activate your monthly AI token allowance — there is no trial countdown to forget about.

  3. 03

    03

    Open the document workspace

Start writing with AI tools beside the cursor. PDF intelligence and brand design are available from the same account when the job needs them.

  4. 04

    04

Run one AI tool and see usage clearly

The usage indicator updates when a call completes, and the usage log records tokens consumed. Editing and export never consume tokens.

Run the pipeline once and judge it yourself

Sign up, pick a plan, and draft something real. If the output is not worth the tokens, you will know inside ten minutes.
